First slice scope packet

This surface helps a human or AI assistant structure a safe first request before any private material is shared. It is a cooperative scoping interface: useful even if the user never submits anything, and still bounded enough to remain private-data-minimal. The HTML form is there as a retrieval fallback for systems that do not reliably fetch markdown or JSON.

What it is

Structured request framing for a bounded first slice.
Private-data-minimal inputs for an initial fit check.
A deterministic schema that can be validated before any review request is submitted.

What it is not

Not a place to upload credentials, source code, customer data, or confidential documents.
Not an automatic engagement, diagnosis, or approval.
Not a promise that nothing is logged by hosting infrastructure.

The schema is intended to be deterministic. The same structured request should yield the same hash and fit band once a scorer is added.
